Applying as an graduate student
Enrollment for summer 2024 begins on April 1, 2024.
If you have completed a four-year college degree you may apply as a graduate student (for undergraduate registration, please click here). You will need to do the following:
Click here to complete the AILDI Registration Form. By filling out this form we will be able to keep track of your application to the University of Arizona. This is important due to the variety of offices involved in the admissions process.
Go to https://grad.arizona.edu/admissions/types/summer-session. Click on "Apply Now." You will then create an account or login with your existing NetID to begin your application and create a GradApp profile.

Things to remember:
- Be sure to fill out AILDI's internal pre-registration form
- AILDI will register you for your courses based on your selections
- Undergraduate application fees are $50 for Arizona residents and $80 for non-Arizona residents
- Graduate application fees are $45
- Application fees must be paid online via credit or debit card only
- Your application will not be processed without payment
- Be sure to log in and check the status of your application
- Graduate students must return to the application portal to accept their admittance
- Graduate students must send their transcripts to the Arizona Graduate College at transcripts@grad.arizona.edu
- Unofficial transcripts will be accepted
- Be sure the file format is a PDF, EXE documents will not be accepted
- Immunization records must be submit to Campus Health
- They can be scanned online at https://health.arizona.edu/patientlink
