This workshop was held prior to the annual American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC) student conference. The half-day workshop introduced a variety of language immersion teaching techniques and included a discussion on planning and implementing an immersion program. The workshop included hands-on exercises and participants developed one immersion lesson they could immediately be put to use when they returned home.
