The Grant Writing Basics wth a focus on language and culture workshop, was held March 6 & 7, 2014 at the Univeristy of Arizona, Tucson. The two-day workshop introduced participants to funding sources and beginnng strategies for proposal writing. Participants learned the basic principles of grant writing, project planning and budget preparation. By the end of the workshop, participants left with a first draft of a grant proposal.
