provides summer housing to students. Rent for each summer session is charged to your University account. Payment is due by the first day of class for the applicable summer session. Please go to UAccess Student Center to make payments. Please review the Academic Calendar and our Dates & Deadlines for summer school dates.

Summer Conference & Guest Services
The University of Arizona is the perfect place to live during the summer! Staying in Árbol de la Vida dorm (515 N. Tyndall Ave. Tucson, AZ 85719) is a convenient and inexpensive option for summer housing. Árbol de la Vida features single-room accommodations with community-style bathrooms. Rooms are furnished and air-conditioned - and the front desk is staffed should you need anything during your stay! This opportunity is available to students, faculty, researchers, student staff, and interns who are here participating in an educational endeavor connected to the University of Arizona, or students participating in an internship from an accredited college.
Our accommodations can range from one night to the entire summer. Please note that we are unable to provide individual accommodations for anyone under the age of 18. We are open from May 24 - July 31, 2026, and are happy to accommodate you during that time. More information can be found here!

A required minimum stay of 3 nights is non-refundable and due via online payment when reservation is made. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Rates reflected are per person, per night.
The request form allows Conference Services staff to initiate services and is the first step of the process. Once the completed form is received, we will contact you to continue the process. We also use the completed request form to assist in generating the Conference Services Agreement, which when executed, will confirm and guarantee reservations. A completed request form is a request for services and does not guarantee availability nor assure reservations as requested.
