Adrienne Tsikewa

Adrienne Tsikewa is the newly hired Project Manager for the West Region Native American Language Center. She will complete her PhD program in Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Fall 2024. She earned an MA in Native American Languages and Linguistics (NAMA) from the University of Arizona in 2013. Her research interests include language documentation and description, language regeneration, reclamation and revitalization, sociocultural linguistics, applied linguistics, bilingualism and code-switching. She is from Denver, CO and her maternal family is from Zuni Pueblo, NM.
