Application Process for Domestic Students
Please read all directions carefully. If you have questions, feel free to contact the AILDI office (520) 621-1068.
GRADUATE APPLICATION PROCESS
Follow these steps if you are a GRADUATE student and you are NOT currently enrolled at the University of Arizona.
STEP ONE:
a) Access the Graduate College Admissions website and click on the RED Apply Now tab (located near the top upper right hand corner of the page).
b) You will be prompted to select a term. Please select Summer 2013.
c) You are encouraged to submit your NON-DEGREE SEEKING application online and pay the $35 application fee with a credit card.
d) In the Sponsor/Program affiliation dropdown box, please select AILDI to identify yourself with this program.
If you are unable to apply online, print and mail a Paper Application.

STEP TWO:
a) Access the Domicile Affidavit form.
b) Complete and print the form.

STEP THREE:
You must submit your immunization records to the University. You can download the immunization requirement form or submit them online.
Note: If you submit your immunization records online, please note in the questions/comments box that you are AILDI 2013 Summer Session Participant.
STEP FOUR:
Once you complete steps 1-3, complete the 2013 AILDI application form online or submit a paper application to the AILDI office.
Note: When filling out the application online, please make only ONE selection for your first and second choice for courses (see picture below). Please mark NOT APPLICABLE for the remaining options.
UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATION PROCESS
Follow these steps if you are an UNDERGRADUATE student and you are NOT currently enrolled at the University of Arizona.
STEP ONE:
You can complete the application online. When you create an account, you will be prompted to select an application type and term. Select NON-DEGREE SEEKING and SUMMER 2013.
DO NOT CHOOSE SUMMER ONLY!

On the online application, there are NINE sections to complete. The option to select AILDI as your program will be in SECTION EIGHT: NEW STUDENT OPTIONS & INFORMATION.
a. Leave the intended term of enrollment to SUMMER 2013 and select SUMMER SESSION I (June 3rd, 2013 start date).
b. Under PLAN SELECTION (NDS OLA), there will be a drop down menu at the bottom of the page. Select AILDI.
You can also download and print a Paper Application.
On the application, please pay attention to item #19. There is a specific box to check if you are registering for AILDI. This box is on the 3rd page of the application and will be under SPECIFIC UA NON-DEGREE STUDENT PROGRAMS. It is the first box under this title. Please check the AILDI box.

Note: By checking AILDI on item #19 on the application, you will NOT have to submit an application fee when you submit your application. You will be contacted later by an Office of Admissions representative and at this time you will be asked to pay a $25 application fee.

CURRENTLY ENROLLED UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA STUDENTS
Complete the 2013 AILDI application form online or submit a paper application to the AILDI office.
Note to current students: You will not be able to register yourself for the AILDI classes in UAccess. Registration is done by the Outreach College.
